Oliver Schubert

After more than 30 years of professional experience in the automotive industry and its suppliers as well as in the construction supply industry, Oliver Schubert is now involved in supervisory boards, executive search and consulting for strategy and transformation projects.

After studying mechanical engineering, he began his career as a consultant in the automotive industry. At Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, he was in charge of factory and logistics planning. He held various international management positions at MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG, including Director Group Supply Chain/Manufacturing and Quality, Plant Manager and CEO of MAN Star Trucks & Buses. As a member of the Executive Board, he managed the international production network of Schmitz Cargobull AG. As Managing Director/COO of DORMA Holding, he was responsible for Research & Development, Purchasing and 25 international plants. Most recently, Oliver Schubert was CEO/Chairman of the Board of the Austrian automotive supplier ZKW Group GmbH, which is part of the South Korean LG Group.

Oliver Schubert has extensive experience in corporate structures of international companies as well as in family-owned SMEs. In a combination of strategic and operational roles, he has developed broad expertise in growth and restructuring situations as well as large M&A projects.
