Potential tasks can be as diverse as our clients and their businesses are. There is virtually no area taskforce managers cannot support temporarily. Typical assignments are turnarounds, post-merger integration (PMI), building new businesses, and bringing divisional capabilities to world-class level, e.g. sales, sourcing, or IT. We cover tasks with different levels of detail, from corporate process redesign to improving daily cash management. We can develop corporate strategies, deliver the underlying analytic work, and lead the actual implementation up to the point defined with our clients. Depending on the assignment, we may deliver project management skills as well as temporary operative management in order to bridge vacancies or challenging situations.
