Quality and experience count
As a society of self-employed, economically-independent partners, we adhere to the strictest levels of integrity and performance, as well as sharing the same values and principles. Therefore, only experienced and efficient interim managers of the first and second management level, as well as proven specialists, can become partners of taskforce. New applicants to the partnership status are tested for their fit in a dedicated procedure. The partnership status is confirmed yearly and not automatically prolongated.
Only by doing this can taskforce permanently sustain and increase its high level of quality. taskforce managers know each other as a result of intensive cooperation and are committed to common values and principles. Similar criteria apply to 250 network managers connected to us by framework agreements, who can be subcontracted to reinforce our engagements.
